• General Neurology - including new consults and follow ups
• Ideal if can perform and read EMG's, sleep studies from neuro-diagnostic center, administer Botox
• 3 Other Neurologists
• 1 Neuro Psychologist

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active IL License or IMLC
