Integration lead  

The leader for our integration team is someone passionate about the intersection between business process and technology. They will be leading a team of business analysts and integration engineers that will be partnering with our clients to build integrations between the different applications within their IT landscape, by selecting the best approach based on the project requirements.  

Projects can vary all the way from integrating two internal systems (NetSuite and Salesforce), enabling ecommerce integration with ERP (Shopify to NetSuite), enabling connectivity with customers through B2B, or enabling connectivity with data warehouses, A2A, B2B you name it. Projects might require working with external partners. 

The team consists of a functional (business analysts) and technical (integration engineer) arm. They will be responsible for enabling the delivery of successful projects by this team, developing the team, and creating the relationship with our partners. 

The leader will be coaching and developing the team that will be working, this job also requires building and developing relationships with Bring IT integration platform partners.  

Day in a life  

• Leading team to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation. 
• Drive project intake for the team. (Sales Funnel)  

• Overall resource planning for current and future assignments. 
• Provide input to the talent development team to support the growth and development of his / her team. 
• Workload planning assignment for the team members based on project requirements and skills. 
• Support team to disrupt, improve and evolve ways of working when necessary. 

• Define best practices and deliverable for all project lifecycles. 

• Mentor and develop team members; identify training requirements both for soft skills and technical skills.  
• Facilitate functional and technical cross training for the team members  

• Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments. 
• Participate in project steering committee representing Bring IT leadership 
• Support strategic sales activities. 

• Lead hiring process. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with IPaaS platform partners.  

Skills 

• Business Analyst / solution management background.  
• Demonstrating an understanding of integrations with third party systems through a variety integration patterns and NetSuite capabilities; 

• Experience with IPaaS platforms 
• Experience with API’s integrations 

• Managing and communicating with the development team to design and implement solutions with a focus on adhering to industry leading practices and code quality techniques. 

• Producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. 
• Demonstrating a broad understanding of enterprise applications. 
• Demonstrating proven abilities to manage a team around efforts with identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, collection; and preparing or coordinating complex written and verbal materials. 
• Excellent communications skills, capability to lead client executive discussions focused on scope, approach, design, and implementation considerations. 
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies. Should be comfortable with learning new platforms, tools, solutions, and business models.
