Position Overview:
As an Integration Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of our technology solutions within our clients' environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot integration solutions, with a strong focus on networking. Unix/Linux skills are a plus, but not mandatory. This is a 6 month contract to direct hire, active Secret clearance is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Integration: Collaborate with clients to understand their networking requirements and design solutions that integrate with their existing network infrastructure.
Integration Planning: Develop integration plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure a smooth deployment process.
Implementation: Configure and deploy integrated solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support during the integration phase.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of integrated systems.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system administrators, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
Client Support: Provide technical support to clients during and after the integration process, addressing issues and optimizing system performance.
