Position: Integrated Pharmacist, NICU Pharmacy Team
Location: Renowned Healthcare Facility
Overview: A leading healthcare facility seeks an Integrated Pharmacist for our NICU pharmacy team. Applicants must have Pediatrics-Critical Care experience and a minimum of a PGY1 Residency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Licenses/Certifications: Texas Registered Pharmacist License and Sterile Product certification.
- Experience: At least two years in a hospital pharmacy, with knowledge of unit dose medication and I.V. admixture processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prescription management, including filling, labeling, and providing drug-related information.
- Supervising pharmacy technical staff and mentoring others in the field.
- Participating in medication use evaluation and improvement programs.
- Managing medication profiles and providing drug research consultation.
- Ensuring safe care standards and promoting professional development.
