The Integrated Marketing Specialist directly supports ASC’s sales & marketing objectives by collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to complete assigned tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, the development and implementation of web content, sales and product collateral (both technical and promotional), new product launches, and training tools. The ideal candidate has a well-rounded knowledge of the web, social media, print, branding, analytics, and an understanding of basic marketing principles and project management.

How You Will Help:
- Implement and/or coordinate the creation or updating of all marketing communication tools, both internal and external (catalogs, brochures, newsletter, promotional materials, training tools, presentations, target market programs).
- Assist with the website updates daily/weekly as needed.
- Work with subject matter experts in the development of content for new sales materials, training aids and other collateral.
- Manage, write and/or edit a variety of content to support communications and marketing efforts.
- Assist in managing creation of publications, advertisements, and other collateral materials.
- Manage marketing materials approval and quality control process.
- Drive strong interdepartmental coordination and communication.
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met as planned and meet brand standards.
- Works with team to contribute to strategic development of marketing programs and campaigns.
What You Will Bring:
- 2-4 years related work experience preferably in B2B industrial
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Proven ability to plan, organize and execute multiple projects on time
- Ability to meet deadlines, budgets and objectives and work as a team with other Marketing and cross department professionals
- Must have computer skills and knowledge of relevant software including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Canva, and Hubspot skills desired.
- Some travel may be required
