Intake Counselor/Front Desk

Axiom Family Counseling Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Intake Counselor/Front desk candidatefor their outpatient programs located at 630 Cherry Tree Lane, Uniontown, PA . Position will require both counselor and front desk administrative duties.

Qualifications: A Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a major in a related human services field is required. Signing bonus for licensed candidates (LPC, LCSW) of $2,000 at six months from your date of hire! $1500 bonus for Master level candidates and $500 for bachelor level candidates six months after your date of hire! Incentive plan available after 90 days of employment! Incentive adds an additional estimated $6.00 to $7.00 per hour on top of hourly rate!

Some responsibilities include:

-Conducting intakes/individual/group/family therapy to adults, adolescents & children

-Completion of documentation and adhering to state regulations for outpatient programs

-Completion of training plans/progress notes

-Communication with all members of treatment team

-Organized individual with attention to detail

-Completion of trainings as required

-Caseload will include mental health & drug/alcohol consumers

-Candidate must be comfortable working with all age groups

-Providing administrative support, answering high volumne of phone calls, insurance verification as part of position, collections.

Candidate will be required to provide clearance results prior to employment:

-FBI Clearance

-PA Criminal Clearance

-PA Child Abuse Clearance
