Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
- Conduct thorough intake assessments with individuals seeking services.
- Collect relevant information, including personal details, background history, and specific needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with client information.
- Assess client needs and provide appropriate information about available programs and services.
- Collaborate with other internal departments or external organizations to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about the organization's services.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff, volunteers, and external partners.
- Implement and adhere to quality assurance standards in the intake process
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
