Where do you fit?
To be a successful Intake & Admissions Assistantyou must become able to do the following always:
- Perform mailings, copying, faxing, filling, uploading, and other general clerical duties to support the I&A Department. Assist in answering phone calls.
- Take meeting minutes as needed.
- Provide customer service support.
- Database maintenance and ensure data entry is accurately entered. Tracking and reporting admissions data.
- Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Company’s Program Practice Guidelines.
How you will spend your time in this job:
- 60% Clerical
- 30% Database & Reporting
- 10% Customer Service
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Work Experience - Prefer successful secretarial or clerical experience involving multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and physical and drug screening.
- Maintain company-required training.
- Ability to travel, drive company or personal vehicle including at night. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. The employee is subject to outside environmental conditions occasionally, inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
