SalaryKeystone Dental Partners, a growing, family-owned practice, is looking for a bright, warm and energetic individual to join our expanding Support Center staff as an Insurance Verification Specialist. This position has the ability to be located between our West Allis and/or Delafield locations.

Benefits:
- Base Pay: $18-$22 per hour based on skill set and experience
- Monday-Friday schedule, approximately 8am-5pm + 1 hour lunch break

Essential Functions & Duties
- Verify insurance benefits for all plans associated with patient, confirming the correct payor and plan is entered into the patient accounting system
- Obtaining documentation and other necessary items for pre authorization from practice offices
- Verifies insurance eligibility and benefit levels to ensure coverage for services
- Physician office and patient contact
- Maintaining accurate documentation in provided software and other duties as assigned
- Obtain insurance authorizations as required by individual insurance plans where applicable
- Create month end reports and forecast monthly goals for the office and providers.
