We are actively interviewing and hiring driven Sales Leaders to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in

Identifying homes in your assigned territory that have sustained storm damage.

• Building trust and rapport with homeowners by offering them a free, no-obligation inspection of their property.
• Canvass assigned areas, assessing the extent of the damage and providing homeowners with a clear understanding of their repair options.
• Presenting our comprehensive restoration services and outlining the benefits of choosing us for their repairs.
• Negotiating and securing Work Contracts with homeowners for the agreed-upon repairs.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with homeowners in stressful situations
• A genuine desire to help people in need and rebuild their homes
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,134.76 - $110,875.07 per year
