I am looking to hire an Office Manager/Licensed Sales Producer to assist with the day-to-day activities of a small Insurance Agency located in Rogersville, Al. with the potential for unlimited income!
That person will need to be dependable, polite, independent, eager to help, willing to learn, driven and can adapt to change quickly.
- Duties include but are not limited to:
- Making outbound calls to customers for policy renewals, billing issues, and claims.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner in regards to insurance cards, policy changes, billing details, ect.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.
- Help protect customers by offering products that will meet their needs and explaining those recommendations in an easily understandable way.
- Provide a positive customer experience.
- Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well with little to no supervision.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
-Previous experience in the insurance industry preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- MUST currently have a P&C or Personal Lines license
- Ability to multi-task, follow through, and follow up.
- Strong interest in a sales career. Experience preferred but NOT required.
Hours:
- Monday through Thursday 8:30AM-5:00PM and Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM.
- I am very flexible when it comes to needing time off.
