Farmers Insurance is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Our insurance agencies are located across Ventura County, and we're up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets. Not only will you learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry, you will also have the opportunity to career path into a leadership role; and for entrepreneurial minded individuals, a long term career path leading towards business ownership.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Communicating with our hot leads
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
• Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services
• Staying informed about competing products and services
• Ability to achieve high sales targets

• Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
• Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
