Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries, offer personalized insurance advice, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Calls: Initiate outbound sales calls to generate leads, educate clients, and secure new business opportunities.
Policy Recommendations: Assess client needs and propose suitable insurance plans to meet their requirements.
Client Retention: Build rapport with clients, address concerns, and maintain long-term relationships.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market demands to tailor sales strategies effectively.
Requirements
Licensure: Prior experience in Insurance Sales and an active insurance license preferred but not required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service.
