Responsibilities
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases.
- Be outstanding at relationship building and Educating clients on insurance policies.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
- Treat each customer as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of client retention.
- Meet new sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Must currently possess a Property and Casualty license. Current Life and Health License is a BONUS!
- Previous insurance and sales experience
- Basic computer software knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional office and phone etiquette
- Self-starter works well independently and possesses a genuine willingness to learn and be coachable.
