Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Generate leads and actively prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and other sales techniques.
- Educate clients about different insurance products and guide them in making informed decisions based on their unique circumstances.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and new insurance products to effectively advise clients and meet their evolving needs.
Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Previous experience in Insurance Sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients and providing excellent service.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote work setting, demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation.
