We are looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as anInsurance Sales Representative. As a representative, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients while providing excellent customer service. No previous Insurance Sales Experience? No problem!
If you have demonstrated success in sales and possess exemplary customer service skills, we can provide the essential instruction and guidance needed to transition into the insurance industry successfully. Entry-level applicants will be offered a base salary of $40,000 per year with an additional commission between $10,000-$25,000. You can be expected to make up to $65,000 In the first year.

Are you ready to take your insurance career to the next level? We believe in incentivizing our salespeople through bonuses, and we offer a multi-level bonus program that rewards our employees for their hard work and dedication to the agency. The base salary is $45,000 per year with additional commission ranging between $20,000 - $32,000. Outstanding performers who demonstrate consistent performance may earn up to an impressive $77,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
- Follow-up on leads generated from cold calling and telephone prospecting.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals to develop quotes for business.
- Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Close sales effectively.
- Exceed phone/sales quotas set by management is expected. (200 outbound calls/3 quotes) per day.
- Skillfully address client objections and concerns, utilizing a consultative approach to provide solutions and overcome objections, ultimately securing their confidence and trust in our services.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License required. A license is not required to apply. We will pay 100% for licensing.
- No previous experience is required! Must be willing to learn the insurance industry and have previous sales/customer service experience.
- Ambitious self-starter who can work independently to hit targets and prioritize tasks throughout the day with Basic computer software knowledge.
- Set ambitious sales and service goals, continuously striving to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional results to clients.
- Effectively communicate complex insurance concepts and policy details to clients in a clear, understandable, and client-friendly manner, ensuring they make well-informed decisions.
- Demonstrate strong typing skills, efficiently entering and processing data to meet deadlines and client needs.
- Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
