RESPONSIBILITIES
· Daily development with one-on-one and team training programs.
· Follow value-based sales process to quote and sell insurance.
· Manage lead follow-up with our simplified leads program.
· Be willing to make 100+ cold calls daily.
· Be able to provide 50+ leads of your own to quote.
· Work established network of people who can provide you referrals to quote.
SKILLS
· Must be coachable and an excellent communicator.
· Sales experience a must.
- Must be detail oriented.
· Must have a positive attitude and work well with a team.
· Must be able to network to create connections in the community.
· Must be good with technology/programs: Email, Text, Excel, Quoting Software, Follow Up Tools and Social Media.
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
· Paid to obtain insurance license
· PAY – Competitive Base + Large Commissions + Monthly Promotions + Year-End Bonus + Day 1 paid training (insurance license).

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
