We are a solid team in a lively office looking to grow!You will be a key player at our Farmers Insurance agency which is proud to be a Farmers President's Council Agency and in the top 1% of Farmers agencies in the company!Our next top Sales Representative will recruit newclientsand educatethem about their insurance using our proven sales process.

• Base Salary to support you while learning the business and building your commissions.

• Meet daily sales activity metrics through a variety of methods including cold calling and generating referrals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and prospecting records.
• Accurately prepare quotes and make appropriate coverage recommendations to potential new clients.
• Meet monthly sales targets using our proven sales system.
• Accurately onboard new client households..
• Professionally represent agency to prospects and our community.

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train a motivated individual.
