Pay Structure:
- Starting Base Pay is $2500-$3500/Month, Plus Commissions and Bonuses.
- Our top performers make on average an EXTRA $1500/Month in Commission.
- Commissions are paid both upfront for new sales and for each policy renewal after, which gives you the opportunity for a raise very 6 months! We are one of the few insurance companies that offer this type of residual income.
About this Position:
- You will consult customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into customers.
- Network to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources like social media, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
- Work with a mentor agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Attend training classes to hone your skills.
- Learn day to day skills of being a small business owner
- Attend Networking and community events to build relationships with the public
Qualifications:
- A motivated salesperson: When a lead comes in, you skillfully pick up the phone and use your expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident clients.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licensed (we can help you navigate the process to obtain these licenses)
- Successful in meeting sales goals (at least 1-2 years of sales experience)
- Excellent in communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Comfortable dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound phone activity.
- Able to complete and pass a background check.
