Sales and Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients and generate new leads through various channels.

Educating Clients: Assess clients' insurance needs and educate them on the different types of insurance coverage available.

Policy Recommendations: Provide personalized recommendations for insurance coverage based on clients' unique circumstances.

Policy Issuance: Assist clients with the application process and ensure that policies are issued accurately and in a timely manner.

Customer Service: Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty to Ventresca Family Insurance.

Insurance License: Must have a valid insurance license in the state of Virginia or be willing to obtain one.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to help clients and provide them with the best possible insurance solutions.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively identify sales opportunities.
