Client Consultation: Engage with prospective and current clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate information.
Policy Customization: Design personalized insurance plans that meet the individual requirements of each client.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by recommending additional policies.
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends and updates to enhance your expertise and provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Kentucky Property & Casualty License is advantageous
Experience: Previous experience in Insurance Sales or a related field is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
