Insurance Agent
Allstate Insurance is hiring for Insurance Agents to join our growing team! This is a remote position for our office location in Riverside, CA.
Compensation for the Insurance Agent:
- Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
- Competitive commission structure
- Bonus incentive based on individual/agency performance
Requirements for the Insurance Agent:
- California Personal Lines license is required. If not licensed, must be willing to obtain prior to start date.
- Sales experience is preferred
- Insurance experience is preferred
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
Responsibilities for the Insurance Agent:
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Training/coaching provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
