Position Overview:
We are seeking three talented Licensed U65 and Medicare Sales Associates to expand our remote sales force. This role is crucial in helping individuals find the insurance coverage that best suits their health and lifestyle needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Specialized Sales: Effectively sell both U65 and Medicare plans, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide personalized support and guidance to clients throughout the enrollment process.
- Comprehensive Product Knowledge: Stay updated on changes in U65 and Medicare policies, plans, and regulations.
- Sales Goals Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Effective Remote Work: Utilize technology and communication tools to work remotely and collaborate with the team.
- Ethical Standards Compliance: Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and company policy standards in client interactions.
Requirements:
- Valid Licensing: Must hold an active license to sell U65 and Medicare plans.
- Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in the insurance or healthcare sector.
- Immediate Sales Readiness: Capability to begin selling immediately, with comprehensive product knowledge.
- Remote Working Proficiency: Experienced in remote work and adept at using technology for communication.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively, build client relationships, and explain complex information.
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Multilingual skills are a plus, enabling us to cater to a diverse clientele.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, with bonus and commission opportunities.
- Residuals start in the 13th month, rewarding long-term success.
