Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients, understanding their insurance requirements and providing expert advice.
Sales Generation: Proactively identify opportunities to promote insurance products and close sales.
Lead Follow-Up: Quickly respond to leads and inquiries, ensuring timely communication and effective follow-up.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and personalized service.
Policy Review: Regularly review and analyze client policies to ensure they meet their evolving needs.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Texas P&C license and Life & Health Insurance License are preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in Insurance Sales or a related field is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for sales growth.
Customer-Oriented: A strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other communication tools to manage client interactions.
