Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Interact with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide suitable coverage recommendations.
Sales Operations: Execute effective sales strategies to promote insurance products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Policy Review: Analyze client policies to ensure they align with their evolving needs and offer policy updates as required.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities.
Requirements
Licensing Requirement: Possession of an active Property & Casualty License in the state of Indiana is preferred. Industry Experience: Prior experience in Insurance Sales or a related field is advantageous. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Client-Centric Approach: A customer-oriented mindset dedicated to exceeding client expectations. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in an office setting and collaborate with team members. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools is a plus.
