Insurance Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
As a Marketing Team Lead , you will be responsible for successfully managing the strategy in our organization's marketing efforts. The role requires an individual who can connect digital, social media, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) components to our organization's marketing strategies. As our Marketing Team Lead, you will plan and execute these initiatives, including search, email marketing, text marketing, social and online advertising campaigns, and website development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in performance marketing, print advertising, and market research.
• Oversee graphic design.
• Own the content calendar, driving the creation of internal and external content across the organization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams including sales and service.
• Oversee website design, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytics tools to track campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Drive development of measurement plans/KPIs

Requirements
Team Leadership:

• Contribute to and help mature and integrate campaign management processes
• Lead and develop direct reports
• Collaborate across teams and vendor partners to implement programs, campaigns, and projects

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Marketing
• Proven experience in a marketing role focusing on analytics, SEO, and organic marketing
• In-depth knowledge of analytics tools, SEO best practices, and the latest trends in digital marketing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of Salesforce and Sales Cloud

Salary Description
$90,000+
