BILINGUAL SPANISH P&C INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP or INSURANCE AGENT
$41,600 - $60,000 base salary; Medical Insurance; Paid Vacation & Holidays; Year-End Bonus; “Sign-On Bonus!”
Also - weekly commissions for sales if licensed Insurance Agent in CT
· FLUENT IN ENGLISH & SPANISH, EXCELLENT VERBAL & WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS, OVER PHONE, EMAIL & TEXT
· ABILITY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS IN BOTH LANGUAGES
· "RECENT EXPERIENCE" IN AN AUTO INSURANCE P&C AGENCY
· COMPUTER & TYPING SKILLS (EMAILS, WORD DOCUMENTS, TEXTING CLIENTS)
· STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL; ACCURACY IN COMMUNICATION IS ESSENTIAL
· STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL & TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
· ABILITY TO ADAPT TO CHANGING PRIORITIES & AGENCY NEEDS

· PROCESS CUSTOMER POLICY CHANGE REQUESTS / PROCESS ENDORSEMENTS
· COMMUNICATE WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES TO ENSURE CUSTOMERS’ NEEDS ADDRESSED
· ACCURATELY EXCHANGE INFORMATION BETWEEN CUSTOMERS & INSURANCE COMPANIES
· STRONG PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS; REMAIN CALM & PROFESSIONAL UNDER PRESSURE
· STAY INFORMED ON INSURANCE COMPANIES’ CHANGES IN PAYMENT PLANS, NEW PRODUCT OFFERINGS, ETC.
· COMMUNICATE OVER PHONE & EMAILS INSURANCE COMPANIES’ PERSONNEL (UNDERWRITERS, CLAIMS, ETC), BANKS, CAR DEALERS, LEAD SOURCES, ETC.
· PERFORM OTHER JOB-RELATED DUTIES AS DIRECTED
· OFFER IDEAS / RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS
· UTILIZE VARIOUS INSURANCE COMPANY WEBSITES TO PROCESS CUSTOMERS’ PAYMENTS, ENDORSEMENTS / CHANGES TO POLICIES, ETC
· ASSIST IN CREATING CLIENT FILES & FILING
· ASSIST IN EXCEL DATA ENTRY OF SALES INFO
· PUNCTUAL TO WORK - WITH RELIABLE, CONSISTENT ATTENDANCE

· STATE OF CONNECTICUT “ACTIVE” PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE AGENT LICENSE
· EXPERIENCE QUOTING, SELLING, CROSS-SELLING, EXPLAINING AUTO INSURANCE COVERAGES
· FAMILIARITY IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES FOR POLICY DISCOUNTS (AUTO INSURANCE)
· EXPERIENCE EXPLAINING COVERAGES TO CUSTOMERS / PROSPECTS (AUTO INSURANCE)
