Position: Commercial P&C Insurance Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications in a prompt and accurate manner.
- Engage in outbound calling and networking to identify customer needs and introduce appropriate products and services.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Prior office experience is essential.
- Previous experience and knowledge in Property & Casualty insurance are mandatory.
Skills:
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication abilities.
- People-oriented with relationship-building aptitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Self-driven and motivated.
Licenses:
- Property & Casualty licenses are preferred. However, we're willing to sponsor the licensing process for the right candidate.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
