About the Role:
Provides administrative support to insurance managers and handles routine document tracking, internal/external customer/vendor communication and other basic claims functions. You will be supporting and helping our insurance team with whatever needs that might be brought up as well.
The ideal candidate:
- Highly Organized and Detail Oriented
- Excellent Communication (verbal/written)
- Computer Literate (Salesforce/Microsoft office)
- Strong Work Ethic
- Ability to work efficiently as a team player
Job Duties Include:
- Contacting customer insurance companies with accurate information for updates and payments.
- Correctly updating customer files and notes.
- Being familiar with company policies and procedures.
- Participating in weekly team meetings.
- Familiarization with the insurance process.
- Previous experience in Salesforce/Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Other duties to be assigned.

Schedule:
- 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday. Work on Saturday if needed
