Job Description
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Mccall, ID is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State FarmTeam Member for Charity Andersen - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
Responsibilities
- Work independently in an office setting utilizing all agency resources
- Focus on Sales and Marketing of Insurance and Financial Services products
- Meeting or exceeding production goals
- Network, build relationships and prospect to provide customers with a Remarkable Experience
- Prospecting: identifying and following up with prospective customers, internet leads, leads/opportunities from other in-book avenues and marketing events.
- Work opportunity from initial opportunity to issuance including servicing for first year, including obtaining all necessary supporting documents required
- Appointment setting
- Needs-based customer conversations
- Marketing, including event attendance, support and lead follow up
- Total Compensation Potential: $19,000 - $62,060+ (base + commission/bonus)
- Access to optional participation in 401K plan after 6 months of employment
- Schedule Monday Friday 9:00 am 5:00 pm, 60-minute lunch

- Experience with internet usage, computers, printers, scanners, and software technology like Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Skype, CRM Software
