RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience preferred
• Comfortable communicating with clients via phone, email and text.
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Life & Health license must be acquired within 90 days of employment.
• Experienced working in a team environment but able to work independently.
