Minimum Requirements for consideration:

• Property, Casualty, Life, & Health Insurance licenses are required
• Sales, marketing and/or management experience helpful
• Satisfactory results of background check (credit/criminal)
• Valid drivers license with viable transportation
• Liquid capital requirement of $50K must be demonstrated, but does need to be used for one specific opportunity

Associate Insurance Sales Agent Program

Designed for individuals with aspirations for an entrepreneurial opportunity with access to a 24-month development program.

• $25 per hour base pay plus commissions based upon sales results.
• Suited for motivated & self-starters with effective time management skills to successfully achieve goals in the program.
• Opportunity to grow skills and business knowledge to become an agency owner with Farmers while working for an existing agency owner (mentor)
• Transition to Startup or Acquisition program within two-years of successful completion of the Associate experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
