Seeking professional, motivated, and friendly candidates who are natural self-starters that bring a positive "can-do" attitude to the table. Because of GEICO's strong marketing presence and branding power, cold calling will not be necessary. GEICO's stellar reputation and clever advertising will keep the customers calling you!

The selected candidate will be paid a salary addition to bonuses. Total compensation for motivated agents can exceed $65,000 annually. Salary will be determined based on experience. The selected candidate(s) will start paid training where you'll learn about the sales processes utilized within the GEICO Local Office. Our new local office is located in the Metro Center area on Rosa L Parks Blvd in Nashville

Requirements for this position include :

• Must have or be able to obtain Property and Casualty License
• Must pass background and credit check
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Dependable
• Coachable and willing to listen to feedback
• Strong persuasion skills
• High level of dependability
• Strong computer, typing and grammar skills
• Life and Health License optional
• A typical day as a GEICO Sales Representative will include
• Preparing personalized rate quotes
• Servicing existing customers
• Upselling existing customers
• Attending marketing events
• Providing guidance on selecting appropriate insurance coverage
• Interacting with clients face to face and on the phone
• Selling policies!
• One-on-one sales coaching
