We'll provide exceptional support, training, and resources to help you reach - and EXCEED - your sales goals. Responsibilities
• Evaluate new customers' insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations
• Expand prospective customer base and market our insurance products via, warm leads, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business
• Connecting with people/ building rapport
• Attend weekly training calls/ strategy calls to improve & grow your skills
• Help others do the same by sharing experiences
• Dedicated appointment setting
• Expand income potential with annual reviews
• Flexible schedule
• Warm leads & referrals are available
Qualifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products & technology
• High school graduate or received GED, Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain -(we will help you)
• Genuine desire to assist clients & navigate their options
• Love speaking with people
• Love serving others (clients & team)
• Passion for contributing to a successful & ever-improving team
• Truly care about helping others (clients & teammates)
• Enjoy making a difference & building relationships!!
• Willingness to learn & continue upward trends
• Possess a work ethic for success
