Insurance Adjuster

Job Title: Desk Adjuster (Xactimate)

Department: Office Administration

Job Description: Review of claim documentation and adjustment of scope into Xactimate software. Coordinate with other team members for the purpose of completely and accurately estimating insurance claims.

Job Duties: Create Xactimate estimates that maintain Advanced Exteriors standards of quality and integrity, accurately reflect and itemize property damage, and maximize process efficiency. Work with company employees and subcontractors to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of residential property claim files in our CRM database and the Xactimate software. Examination of photos and diagrams to determine necessary repairs to storm damage and adjustment of repair items, customer details, property information & supporting documentation into Xactimate based on CRM database documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
