Job Description
Symphony Risk Solutions, LLC is seeking a dynamic Insurance Account Analyst to work alongside our Account Managers and Account Executives within Symphony Healthcare Services. The ideal applicant will have a current commercial insurance license and have experience and a strong understanding of commercial insurance policies, terms, claims, and processes.
This is a hybrid position. Must be able to work at least 3 days a week in our Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prioritize service to clients and colleagues by being honest, timely, and accurate.
- Process cancellations and reinstatements.
- Process requests for certificates of insurance and promptly return them to the client.
- Prepare and send client invoices as well as follow upon outstanding invoices.
- Utilize systems capabilities to document meeting notes and telephone conversations with clients.
- Assist in resolving basic client or underwriting issues.
- Support adoption of practices to improve quality and consistency in the client experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with producers, clients, insurers, and partners.
- Invoice policies and premium finance agreements.
- Receive, report, and follow up on claims.
- Manage new and renewal quote process.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years working in an Insurance Brokerage setting.
- Current Insurance License
- Solid understanding of insurance products and services.
- Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, partners, and insurers.
