SalaryAble Home Performance is a Mass Save Partner. We specialize in helping homeowners reduce their energy costs and carbon footprints. We are looking for Insulation Technicians and Crew Chiefs who are reliable, eager to learn, and want to join our fast paced and expanding business.
JOB SUMMARY:
An Insulation technician performs insulation duties according to company approved methods and as instructed by the Crew Chief. Completes work to meet company standards and timetables. Maintain the professional appearance.
RESPONSIBILITES:
-loads trucks in preparation for the day
-safely handles and transports equipment and materials
-insulating/weatherizing homes
-completes daily documents
-communicate professionally with clients, employees, and management
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
*Prior work withing Mass Save Program a plus, but not required*
-valid MA state driver's license
-high school diploma or GED equivalent
-six months experience as a skilled or semi-skilled laborer preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Pre-employment background check and drug screening required for Mass Save program.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
-moderate to heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling
BENEFITS:
An Insulation Technician will earn a $500.00 sign on bonus up completion of 90 days with company.
-Monthly bonuses paid out to Truck leads.
