As an Insulation helper, your work will encompass a variety of environments. This includes attic and crawl space work, which may involve tight spaces, varying temperatures, and physical exertion.

Helper Duties:
As an Insulation Helper, you will:
Join our daily missions by loading up materials and tools for the day's exciting adventure.
Ride shotgun on our box truck escapades, learning from our experienced pros.
Play a crucial role in preparing and safeguarding job sites like a pro.
Assist in installing air sealing and energy-saving measures, making homes more efficient.
Be part of the action with duct installations, sealing, repairs, and modifications.
Master the art of patching stucco, drywall, and plaster openings.
Contribute to the installation of windows, doors, and trim.
Help with the heroic cleanup at the end of each mission.
Keep the mission log up-to-date, ensuring every task is marked complete.
