Closets by Design is a well-established custom closet and home organization company. We are currently in the process of adding an Installation Manager to our management team. The ideal candidate must be an enthusiastic, hands-on leader who enjoys hiring and developing talent while interacting with our customers. This role is primarily an office position.
Job Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the installation department. Responsibilities include leading multiple Installation supervisors, over 25 installation teams, scheduling customer installations, interacting with customers and internal departments daily. Installation Manager must place high emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should have 4-8 years of experience in-home installation management, direct customer service and logistics.
- Experience with employee performance counseling.
- Demonstrable customer satisfaction skills from prior work experience.
- Leadership skills with track record of managing and developing others.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and maintain organization.
- Strong communication skills.
