SalaryStrathmore, a premier flooring, cabinet, design and paint company serving the residential construction industry, is seeking an experienced Field Installation Manager to oversee our cabinet installations on the panhandle of Florida.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage relationships with builder field personnel
- Coordinate all cabinet installations, repairs and warranty jobs with builders, homeowners and installers
- Conduct QC inspections to ensure quality of all installations and complete warranty repair assessments as needed
- Manage warehouse and receiving operations
- Recruit, schedule and manage installation labor
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years’ experience in residential subcontractor operations, installation or warranty role-including cabinets
- Proven time management and process management skills
- Fluent in Excel and comfortable with technology
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings, scopes and specifications
- Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and solve problems quickly
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

- Fort Walton Beach, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
