Who We Are

GEN3 Electric and HVAC is growing and we need and Install Coordinator to support our diverse team. We keep on growing because we only hire the best, and our customers love us for it. We’ve been serving homeowners a long time here in Philly and just celebrated our 23 Year Anniversary. If you live in Philly you can’t miss our trucks, and yes Oggi really was our dog as GEN3 remains a family owned Philly business with locations open in Delco and South Philly, and our third in Montgo later this year.

There are NO weird or late hours. When you clock out you get to go home, and enjoy your life in peace as GEN3 does not provide on-call service. You will get a predictable and stable schedule and the training to do a good job and opportunity to advance. In addition, if you have a preconceived notion of "who" we are, unless you know us, you're probably wrong. GEN3 is an incredibly diverse company with 80+ employees who live throughout Philly.

The Big Task

You will schedule heating, air conditioning and electrical installation jobs and work with the field supervisors so their teams can accomplish the highest quality installations, every time. You are the glue that holds the installation department together.

Key Sub Tasks

• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, field supervisors, the warehouse and the installation team.
• Contact the customers to schedule the installation and make sure they are prepared to have the work completed.
• Properly complete paperwork including permit applications, equipment registrations and job costing close out.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
