Customer Service Install Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the schedule of our installation teams
• Set the installation schedule with the goal of optimum product installation daily within a manageable distance
• Contact our valued customers to schedule their installation
• Maintain communication between customers and installation teams
• Manage loading lists of product and accessories to schedule installation, making sure all inventory is on hand and ready to install
• Researching and pulling permits for projects

Qualifications:

• Pleasant personality with energetic spirit
• Prior Customer Service experience is essential
• Prior data entry skills are preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
