For over 70 years, the Mount Holly Springs facility has been providing solutions for Satellite Constellations, Deep Space Exploration Missions, Military Systems, GPS, Communication Networks, and much more. - Performs regular quality assessments of raw materials, in process or finished assemblies and sub-assemblies for conformance to quality standards
- Verify conformance to applicable procedures and other approved documents
- Provide acceptance or rejection for compliance to established standards and processes
- Document's inspection results by completing logs, summarizes re-work and scrap, and inputs data into quality database
- Read internal documentation, assembly drawings, customer specifications, military, and industry standards to understand the requirements of products and services
- Interact effectively and professionally with all customers and coworkers
- Review quality concerns and production team to improve product quality
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
- Willing to be trained more on the following areas: inspection techniques, quality methodologies, and use of inspection apparatus and testing equipment
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good dexterity skills / hand-eye coordination
- Quality and safety minded
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills
- Previous QA experience a plus but not required (preferred)
- Previous assembly experience a plus but not required (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED required
Schedule:
- M-F, 7 am - 3:30 pm
