The Production Network CKD (PP/PC) is responsible for large production networks that responsible for building up Mercedes-Benz cars. Our locations include Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, India, Vietnam, and Egypt. Our main activity is building up vehicles with top notch quality for local market and export market.

The PP/PC based in Malaysia consist of several business units known as production planning and control, production engineering, project management and quality management. The integration of the business units leads to the production of the premium luxury Mercedes-Benz car.

As a Buyoff Inspector, you are responsible for.

       Executing product buy off activities. The task includes developing check sheet and executing the inspection according to the defined criteria. Moving forward, you are also responsible to see the trend and defined the path for escalation management. 

       To make the job more interesting and challenging, you are also responsible for the continuous improvement activities. It gives you the opportunity to improve topics to ensure every car that leaves your gate was perfectly built up and ready for our beloved customer.

Requirement

Qualifications:

• Tertiary education preferably in manufacturing system engineering.
• Intermediate level in English (spoken and written).
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Leadership experience while in secondary education and campus will provide great advantage.
• Good knowledge of Mercedes-Benz brand and product.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
