What You Will Do:

· Navigate Google Earth

· Use a Digital Camera / Video to secure pre-existing defects of structural conditions

· Sketch the defects by drawings / panel sheets coordinating location with photographs (i.e., cracks in drywall, concrete walks, driveways, cracked glass, etc.) (Some basic construction knowledge is helpful}

· Compile the information daily to be turned into the office on a weekly basis

What Abilities, Qualifications are Required:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Must be 21 years of age or older

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

· Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing (proof provided)

· Must be willing to travel

· Good penmanship (printing abilities)

· Must be comfortable talking with others – good public relations

Physical Demands:

· Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position which include standing, driving, walking, talking, listening, stooping, and crouching,

· Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam

· Travel to various locations depending on job location
