Job Description:
The Inside Salesperson is responsible for maintaining/building a customer base in the territory and selling the full line of Kubota Equipment and Duetz Fahr Large Tractors.
Responsibilities:
- Locate new prospects and determine how the company can best meet their needs
- Present to prospects the benefits of our equipment and our company
- Maintain data on new contracts & Document calls made to customers
- Develop good working relationships with customers
- Expedite resolution of technical and customer issues
- Attend industry exhibits, demonstrations and meetings
- Monitor new products developed by our manufacturers and competitors
- Advise manager of all changes in territory which can affect company success
- Verify equipment is delivered as ordered and in a timely manner
- Work closely with Credit Manager to resolve credit/payment issues
Education/Experience/Skill:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Turf and Tractor sales preferred
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to communicate in written format clearly and concisely
- Excellent customer service skills
