RESPONSIBILITIES:

• High Volume Requires High Energy individuals-We provide as many opportunities as you can work
• Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to market to potential customers
• Handle all incoming internet email leads, calls, and text
• Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Assist customers in vehicle selection – Product Knowledge is key to the modern Buyer
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
• Respond to inquiries/messages utilizing Social Media & Text (SMS)
• Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity
• Manage lead generation process
Develop and maintain Customer Base-We provide the opportunities
• -Your job will be to Provide the customer service and ongoing communication
• Overall CRM usage
• Keep up with Training standards and OEM product standards
