Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a media/marketing/advertising coordinator and administrative assistance preferred

The Inside Sales/Marketing position will divide their time between Inside Sales, Administrative Office responsibilities and marketing.
Roles/Responsibilities:
· Responsible for being the main point of contact between customers and the company, showcasing excellent note taking and communication skills to ensure the best possible experience for customers.
· Role monitors and analyzes current trends in the industry marketplace, identifies opportunities and emerging issues, and understands new technologies and customer reactions.
· Ensures articulation of company’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout all marketing platforms.
· Coordinates the appearance of all company print and electronic materials to include but is not limited to letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc. Requires strong analytical skills--specifically the ability to understand complex concepts and technologies to transform them into clear, simple messages for internal and external audiences on all stated materials
· Assist in managing social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties can include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, and promotions, etc. as assigned by the CEO or General Manager.
· Use various design software to create visually compelling graphics for implementation across all channels to retain and attract new customers. Channels include print, social media, electronic newsletters, text messages, emails, etc.
· Assist in creating comprehensive media plans and develop key messages, media responses, and media materials
· Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks at the request of the CEO, General Manager and other upper management.
· Coordinate with visitors, multitask a strong ability to pay attention to details.
· Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos & preparing communications on behalf of the CEO and senior management.
· Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting letters, personal correspondence, confidential information; follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures; distribution of materials (scanning, creating booklets, etc.); and attends scheduled meetings as required.
