Mofab, Inc. is a family owned and operated metals warehouse and fabrication company. We are seeking an individual to assist with front office operations on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and inside sales tasks. This position acts as the first point of contact for our company. To be successful in this role, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to complete all tasks in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and organizational management skills are essential for this position. This role will require Saturday hours on a rotating schedule so flexibility is essential.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
· Sales
· Customer Service
· Data entry
· Answer incoming sales calls
· Customer follow up via phone and email
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Proficient math skills
· Hands on experience with office equipment
