Job Summary:

The primary objective of the Inside Sales Associate is to own and grow key customer relationships throughout the USA to achieve annual sales and share growth objectives for the Direct-to-Consumer business segment. The Inside Sales Associate can effectively identify customer needs to drive Broan product penetration into focused areas of growth. The candidate maintains market intelligence (competitor, customer, Broan/External), implements effective processes to keep Marketing/Engineering current and/or ahead of the competition, and works closely with the Regional Managers, Territory Managers, Agency Representatives, Market Influencers, and Channel Management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive profitability and provide strategic direction based on customer needs.
- Manage and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts while growing these accounts YoY to achieve quarterly quotas by expanding existing sales
- Prospect and convert leads (new customers / sales opportunities) through the inbound lead process and outbound cold calling (to/from) potential customers to determine next best steps.

- Understand customer needs and requirements that strengthen the overall LTV of the
- Ability to retain product information and speak effectively regarding features/benefits/applications to potential customers by performing effective online Product knowledge demos to

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3+ years of previous experience in an Inside Sales role – preferably in a sales organization.
- Proven self-starter with a strong work ethic, motivated attitude to multi-task, hunter mentality, love of sales, and the drive to get out in the field and support existing business and/or pursue new business daily.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, organized, detail-oriented, demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent people skills; effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Relentless positive attitude and willingness to help.
- Strong administrative skills (i.e. Salesforce (CRM), excel, word, power-point, mapping software) that include experience with Salesforce for project tracking and customer analysis is a plus.
